Panasonic has launched its 2024 series of Matter-enabled air conditioners in India. These AC units are equipped with smart connectivity features of the MirAIe App, allowing users to control the cooling features using their smartphone. The company has launched 60 new AC models ranging between capacity of 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 tonnes.
Panasonic Matter-enabled AC 2024 Models: Price and Availability
The new Panasonic Matter-enabled air conditioners are available from a starting price of Rs 33,990 and go up to Rs 66,990. The new ACs will be sold across Amazon, Flipkart, leading retail chains like Croma, Reliance Digital, and other offline outlets.
Panasonic is also offering limited-time discounts of up to Rs 4,000 on its official website. Customers can also avail of no-cost EMI payment options for up to six months on HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, HSBC, and Standard Chartered Bank credit cards.
Panasonic Matter-enabled ACs: Features
The new Matter-enabled spilt ACs feature copper condensers and copper coils by default on all models. These AC units also use the environment-friendly R32 refrigerant for cooling.
For those who don’t know what Matter-enabled means, you should know that the new Panasonic ACs are compatible with the Connectivity Standard Alliance. It allows the AC to seamlessly communicate with other IoT devices. Users can also control the AC using Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, along with the MirAIe App.
The ACs offer seven different cooling modes (thanks to the Jetstream,
Converti7 tech) with a 4-way inflow. The indoor unit can also filter out PM 2.5 particles to maintain a healthy AQI in the room. The ACs also have a power saving rating between 3 to 5 stars, depending on the model. The AC units can also operate without a stabilizer within a voltage range of 145-285 volts.
Panasonic is offering a one-year comprehensive warranty on the entire AC unit, a five-year warranty on the PCB, and a 10-year warranty on the compressor of the new Matter-enabled air conditioners. All the new AC units are “Made in India” at Panasonic’s manufacturing plant in Haryana.
