OnePlus recently launched its first foldable smartphone, the OnePlus Open. Now, the company is preparing to unveil its regular flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 12. The company has not revealed any details about the upcoming smartphone. But lately, it has been appearing on several online certification platforms. Recently, we spotted it on the 3C Certification website. Now, the team at MySmartPrice has spotted the device on the TDRA certification website with the CPH2581 model number.

The listing on the TDRA website verifies the moniker of the device but doesn’t disclose any specifications of the smartphone. Nevertheless, the rumour mill has been circulating information about OnePlus’ upcoming flagship offering.

OnePlus 12 Specifications (Expected)

OnePlus 12 is expected to flaunt a 2K X1 OLED display with 2600nits. Under the hood it is said to draw power from the newly launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.

Moreover, the upcoming flagship might feature USB 3.2 support, an improvement over the USB-C 2.0 support found in the current-generation OnePlus flagship, the OnePlus 11 5G. The adoption of USB 3.2 will facilitate faster data read and write speeds.

Regarding battery capacity, the smartphone is rumored to house a 5,400mAh battery with compatibility for 100W wired fast charging, alongside 50W wireless charging.

Additional anticipated features for the OnePlus 12 include infrared remote control functionality, enabling users to manage electronic devices such as TVs and air conditioners directly from their smartphone.
