Realme is reportedly working on a smartphone with a massive 24GB RAM onboard. This leak comes from the popular Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station. The latest leak from the tipster comes a day after he claimed that the upcoming OnePlus Ace 2 Pro would be the world’s first 24GB RAM smartphone. Considering Realme and OnePlus are sister brands, the new leak doesn’t come as a surprise. However, while almost all the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro details have been leaked recently, the Realme 24GB RAM device is still a mystery. The latest leak comes from Digital Chat Station, who revealed a day earlier that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro would be the world’s first 24GB RAM smartphone. Now, the tipster has claimed that the sister brand Realme is also working on a smartphone with the same amount of humongous RAM. Moreover, the tipster claims that the massive memory will be onboard, not virtual.

According to the leak, the new Realme flagship in the coming days will feature 24GB LPPDR5X RAM. The tipster claims the flagship will start at 16GB RAM for the base variant and go up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM for the top-end variant. The huge RAM will enhance the memory management and multitasking ability of the company’s ColorOS Android interface. Unfortunately, no other information about the upcoming Realme 24GB RAM smartphone is available.

On the contrary, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro’s entire specifications were leaked a few days back. The smartphone is sad to feature a 6.74-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. While the leak claimed that it would feature up to 16GB RAM, we now know that the device will come with up to 24GB RAM.

The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is rumoured to feature a triple-camera setup comprising a 50MP primary camera with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calling, it gets a 16MP front camera. The smartphone will boot Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 and will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery. It will come with support for 150W fast charging.
