OPPO Find N3 Receives NBTC Certification; Moniker, Model Number Revealed

OPPO is gearing up for the launch of the OPPO Find N2 successor in the form of the OPPO Find N3 smartphone. The specifications of this upcoming foldable smartphone were leaked a couple of weeks back. The leaked specifications suggest that the handset will feature an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The same smartphone is also expected to debut as OnePlus Open in the global market. While the launch date of the OPPO Find N3 is yet to be revealed, the device now has received its first certification. The smartphone is spotted on NBTC certification recently ahead of launch.

The NBTC certification reveals the moniker as OPPO Find N3. The same certification also discloses the model number of the handset as CPH2499. Apart from these details, no other information is revealed by the NBTC certification. The previous leak suggests that the OPPO Find N3 will flaunt an 8-inch OLED display on the inner side which will have a QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The outer display on the device is expected to be of 6.5-inches, and it could offer Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the device is expected to come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The smartphone is rumoured to pack up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. On the software side of things, the smartphone might run Android 13 out of the box. Furthermore, the device is tipped to feature a triple-camera setup. The camera module might include a 50MP primary camera with OIS support, a 48MP ultra-wide lens and a 32MP periscope camera. For the selfies and video-calling purpose, the handset might rely on a 32MP camera.

The smartphone is expected to pack a 4,800mAh battery which could support 80W fast charging. As mentioned above, the launch date of the device is yet to be revealed. We shall get to learn more information of the handset if it arrives on more certification or benchmark listings in the coming few days.

The Find N3 will succeed the Find N2 which debuted back in December last year. The OPPO Find N2 features a 7.1-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1792 x 1920 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The outer display on the device is of 5.54-inches and it has a 1080 x 2120 pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The other key specifications which the Find N2 offer includes 16GB of RAM, 512GB of internal storage, a 50MP triple-camera setup, a 32MP selfie camera, a 4,520mAh battery, and 67W wired fast charging support.
