The Xiaomi-owned brand is unlikely to debut the 4G variant of the M6 Pro in India. POCO had already launched the 5G variant of the smartphone in India on August 2023.
POCO debuts the smartphone in Blue, Black and Purple colours. The M6 Pro 4G smartphone is available in 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB configurations.
The 8GB + 256GB variant of the device will go official with an early bid price of USD 179 (approx. Rs 14,900). The top-end variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is available at an early bid price of USD 229 (approx. Rs 19,000). POCO has yet to announce the market-wise availability of the smartphone, which is expected to take place in the coming weeks.
POCO M6 Pro 4G: Features, Specifications
POCO equips the smartphone with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. The AMOLED panel has a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1300 nits. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla 5. The device features the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra SoC, built on TSMC’s 6nm process.
The chipset features two ARM Cortex A76 cores at 2.2GHz, six ARM Cortex A55 cores at 2.0GHz, and an ARM Mali G57 MC2 GPU. The chipset is paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The triple rear camera setup of the device includes a 64MP primary sensor with OIS. A large 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging backs the smartphone.
