Realme launched the Realme 12 series devices such as the Realme 12 Pro and the Realme 12 Pro+ last month. Now, after the launch of two Realme 12 series smartphones, Realme appears to be prepping to add one more device to the lineup, dubbed as the Realme 12 Lite. While we don’t have any specific details regarding the launch date of the device, new information courtesy of the folks at GSMChina reveals some key information about the device.
As per the report published by GSMChina, the Realme 12 Lite has been spotted in the IMEI database. The device bears the model number as RMX3890.
This specific model number also belongs to the Realme C67, which, in one way, suggests that the Realme 12 Lite will be rebranded as C67. Considering that the Realme 12 Lite will be rebrand of the C67, it could use a Snapdragon 685 SoC.
The smartphone might feature a 6.72-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, we can expect the device to boot Android 13 out of the box with Realme UI 4.0 on top. As far as the rest of the key features go, the smartphone might sport a 50MP dual-camera setup, an 8MP selfie camera, a 5,000mAh battery, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
As mentioned above, we don’t have any details as to when the Realme 12 Lite launch will take place. However, considering that the device has been spotted in the IMEI database, it could be unveiled in the coming few weeks.
In a piece of related news, Realme also has confirmed that it will be launching the Realme 12+ 5G smartphone in Malaysia on February 29. The upcoming Realme 12+ 5G is expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, a Dimensity 7050 SoC, a 50MP triple-camera setup, a 16MP selfie camera, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a 5,000mAh battery.
