Realme has announced that it will soon unveil a new smartphone lineup—the Realme P-series. The brand has announced that the Realme P1 and Realme P1 Pro will be the first devices under the P-series and will debut on April 15 in India.

Alongside, the Realme P1 and Realme P1 Pro micro-sites have gone live on Flipkart and the Realme website, revealing key specifications of the upcoming handsets. Realme has confirmed that the Realme P1 will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, while the Realme P1 Pro will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor.

Realme P1 Pro: Specifications and Features

The Realme P1 Pro will feature a curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, 2.32mm thick thin, TUV certification, and centred punch hole notch. Realme claims this will be the only curved display phone with all these features under the Rs 20,000 segment.

Realme has confirmed that the Realme P1 Pro will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. This means it will compete against the Honor X9b and the brand’s own Realme 12 Pro 5G. The handset is confirmed to feature support for 45W SuperVOOC charging and a rainwater touch display.

The Realme P1 Pro will arrive in a shade of copper and will house a dual-rear camera setup inside a huge circular camera module. Based on the design and specifications, the handset is a toned-down version of the Realme 12 Pro.

Realme P1: Specifications and Features

Realme claims that the upcoming Realme P1 will be the first handset in the Rs 15,000 segment to feature a 120Hz AMOLED display. It will be a flat panel with a centred punch-hole notch. The handset supports 2000nits brightness and has also obtained TUV Rheinland eye-protection certification.

Realme has confirmed that the Realme P1 will sport a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor, coupled with 4356mm vapour chamber cooling system. It will feature a flat edge design with a 3.5mm audio jack.
