Samsung is gearing up to expand its A series lineup with the new Galaxy A15 4G. The device was recently spotted on the Geekbench database, revealing some key specifications. Today, the team at MySmartPrice spotted the Galaxy A15 4G on the FCC certification website with the SM-A155M model number.
The listing on the FCC certification website reveals that the upcoming Galaxy A15 4G will come with 25W fast charging support. It also indicates that the smartphone will have dual SIM, MicroSD card, and NFC support.
According to the Geekbench listing, the forthcoming Galaxy A15 4G will be equipped with an octa-core Helio G99 SoC coupled with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The device will feature 4GB of RAM. Regarding the software, the device will run on the Android 14-based One UI skin out of the box. Apart from that, we don’t have much information about the device. But we are expecting to get more details about the Galaxy A15 4G in the coming days.
The forthcoming smartphone will succeed the Galaxy A14, which made its debut earlier this year. The Galaxy A14 is available in 4G and 5G versions. Both models sport a 6.6-inch display with Full HD+ resolution. These devices also include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
The Galaxy A14 4G is equipped with an octa-core Helio G80 SoC, while the Dimensity 700 chipset powers the 5G model. The 4G variant features a triple-camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP selfie camera, up to 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a 5,000mAh battery. It supports fast charging up to 15W. On the other hand, the Galaxy A14 5G comes with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, a 50MP triple-camera setup, a 13MP selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery. Similar to the Galaxy A14 4G, the Galaxy A14 5G supports 15W fast charging.
