Samsung is preparing to broaden its A series mid-range lineup with the brand-new Galaxy A35 5G and Galaxy A55 5G smartphones. There have recently been reports that the Galaxy A55 5G launch has been delayed. However, it appears that the release is now imminent. Today, we have identified the upcoming Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 5G on the Indian BIS certification website with the model numbers SM-A356E/DS and SM-A556E/DS, respectively. Additionally, the UAE support page for the Galaxy A35 5G is also live, featuring the same model number.

Unfortunately, the listing on the Indian BIS certification or the UAE support page doesn’t reveal any specifications of the upcoming smartphones. However, it surely indicates that the global launch of these smartphones is just around the corner.

The Galaxy A35 5G recently appeared on the popular Geekbench database, revealing details like the Exynos 1380 chipset, 6GB of RAM and Android 14. In terms of performance, the Samsung Galaxy A35 scored 697 points in the single-core test and 2,332 points in the multi-core test. However, details about the phone’s display, camera, and battery are still under wraps.

On the other hand, the Galaxy A55 5G is expected to have 25W fast charging, confirmed by TUV Rheinland and 3C certifications. Speculations suggest it will have a powerful processor (Exynos 1480) and an AMD GPU. The expected camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel macro camera at the back, and a 32-megapixel front camera.
