Samsung has confirmed the launch of the upcoming Galaxy A35 5G smartphone in India. The smartphone will debut alongside the Galaxy A55 5G smartphone in the country. Today, we have spotted the global or European variant of the Galaxy A35 5G smartphone in the Geekbench listing.
The Geekbench database divulges that the global/European variant of the device will bear the SM-A365B model number. The listing reveals that the upcoming Galaxy A35 5G smartphone has scored 1021 points in single-core and 2897 points in multi-core tests.
The upcoming device will sport a motherboard with the codename s5e8835 similar to the Indian variant of the device. The codename hints that the forthcoming device will be powered by the in-house Exynos 1380 SoC. The Exynos 1380 is fabricated using Samsung’s 5nm EUV foundries and sports an octa-core setup.
The octa-setup consists of four Cortex-A78 cores at 2.4GHz, four A55 cores at 2.0GHz, and an ARM Mali-G68 GPU. The chipset will pair with 6GB of RAM, and the device is also expected to debut in an 8GB RAM variant.
The database further adds that the smartphone will run on Android 14 out of the box and could be based on One UI 6.1. To recall, our team at MySmartPrice spotted the Indian variant of the smartphone with the SM-A365E model number in the Geekbench database.
