Jio Introduces Rs 888 Plan For Broadband Users With 15 OTT Apps: Check Details

Jio has launched a new postpaid plan for its broadband users offering bundled subscriptions to 15 OTT apps. With the new Rs 888 plan, users will get access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, JioCinema Premium and many other platforms along with their regular internet services.

Jio Rs 888 Plan: Benefits

The Rs 888 plan offers 30Mbps speed and a subscription to 15 OTT apps that include Netflix Basic Plan, Amazon Prime Video, JioCinema Premium, Disney+Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, Sun NXT, HoiChoi, Discovery+, ALT Balaji, Eros Now, Lionsgate Play, Shemaroo Me, Docubay, and Epic On. The plan also offers access to 800+ digital TV channels for users with the Jio internet set-top box. The plan has a 1-month (30 days) validity.

The Rs 888 plan will be available for new and existing users of JioFiber and Jio AirFiber. This plan can also be bundled with Jio’s Dhan Dhana Dhan offer, which provides 50-day discounted access to JioFiber and Jio AirFiber. However, it is important to note that Jio Fiber users have an FUP limit of 3300GB per month, and Jio AirFiber users have an FUP limit of 1000GB per month.

Users will also have to pay 18% GST over this plan. Hence, the monthly cost of this Jio Ultimate OTT streaming plan is Rs 1,048 per month.

Jio SIM users are NOT eligible for this offer. If you do not have a Jio broadband connection, you can opt for the JioTV Premium subscription, which offers similar OTT benefits with access to 14 streaming platforms. This plan is available at Rs 1198 for 84 days, and Rs 4498 for 365 days and also includes 2GB daily data at high speeds.
