Xiaomi is expected to launch the Xiaomi 14 series in China in November. The upcoming Xiaomi 14 lineup is likely to include three smartphones namely the Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, and the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The specifications of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra surfaced recently courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station. The leak revealed that the device will feature a quad-curved AMOLED display and a 50MP primary camera. Additionally, the specifications of the Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro were leaked last week. Now, in a recent development, the Xiaomi 14 has received the 3C certification in China.
Xiaomi 14 Fast Charging Details Revealed by 3C Certification
The 3C certification reveals that the Xiaomi 14 carries the model number 23127PN0CC. Furthermore, the certification discloses that the device will offer 90W fast charging and 5G connectivity support. The 3C listing does one way suggest that the upcoming Xiaomi 14 will offer an upgrade in terms of fast charging department, considering that its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 offered 67W fast charging support.
The previous leak suggests that the Xiaomi 14 series will boot MIUI 15 out of the box. The device is expected to pack up to 12GB and 256GB of internal storage. The top-end variant of the lineup is expected to have 1TB of internal storage. The Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro are expected to feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The Xiaomi 14 Pro is expected to pack a 4,860mAh which will support 90W fast charging as revealed by the 3C listing.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi 14 Pro might pack a 5,000mAh battery which could offer either 90W or 120W fast charging support. As far as the specifications of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra go, it is expected to sport a 50MP primary camera (Sony IMX989 sensor). The device might also include a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP telephoto lens and a 50MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom. The smartphone is also tipped to feature an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Currently, the launch date of the Xiaomi 14 series remains unknown. However, as per the previous information shared by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Xiaomi 14 lineup will launch before November 11. The recent report courtesy of folks at Xiaomiui also suggests that this upcoming flagship series will debut in the first week of November in China. Alongside the Xiaomi 14 series, Xiaomi is also expected to launch the Xiaomi Watch S3 smartwatch. The wearable is expected to offer 4G connectivity support. It is also tipped to pack a 520mAh battery and it might offer similar health monitoring features as that of the Xiaomi Watch S2.
