Display, Design, Security
The HTC U23 comes with a 6.7-inch OLED display that has a Full HD+ 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution. The smartphone has a punch-hole cutout at the center which houses the selfie camera. The larger 20:9 aspect ratio display panel has a 120Hz refresh rate, a 393 PPI pixel density, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The power and volume keys are located on the right side of the device. The handset features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor which is embedded in a power button. The device also has face unlock support. The HTC U23 boots Android 13 OS out of the box.
Camera, Processor, Storage
As for the optics purpose, the HTC U23 features a triple-camera setup. The camera module on the back includes a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side, the handset features a 32MP selfie camera. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core 4nm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset which is paired with an Adreno 644 GPU. The smartphone comes with 8GB of RAM along with 256GB of internal storage. The smartphone also has a microSD card slot for the expansion of storage beyond 256GB. The device also has an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.

Connectivity-wise, the device has a 5G SA/NSA support, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, USB Type-C port, dual 4G VoLTE, and NFC. The smartphone is backed by a 4600mAh battery that has 30W wired fast charging. The device also has. 15W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging support.
