Galaxy Watch9 Focuses on Everyday Health and Comfort
The Galaxy Watch9 is designed for everyday use with an aluminium case, redesigned soft-touch bands, and displays reaching up to 3,000 nits brightness. Powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon Elite chipset, it packs a 390mAh battery in the 40mm model and a 445mAh battery in the 44mm variant. It will be available in Graphite, Cream, and Silver finishes.
Samsung is introducing a new suite of AI-powered health tools on both smartwatches. These include Vitals, Heart Health Score, Daily Cardio Load, Fitness Index, and Hearing, which use continuous biometric tracking to deliver personalised health insights and recommendations based on long-term trends.
Alongside the watches, Samsung has unveiled new strap options. The Galaxy Watch Ultra2 gets Marine, Peakform, and Trail bands for outdoor activities, while the Galaxy Watch9 receives Sports, Misty, and Fabric bands aimed at everyday comfort and fitness.
