Motorola Ibiza Shows up on Geekbench Revealing 6GB RAM and Android 11

Motorola is reportedly working on a new smartphone dubbed as Motorola Ibiza which is expected to be launched soon. We have already witnessed an array of leaks and rumours about the smartphone and now we have spotted the smartphone on Geekbench listing revealing some of the crucial information about the phone hinting towards an imminent launch. Here’s a closer look at the Geekbench listing of the Motorola Ibiza.

Motorola Ibiza Geekbench Listing

The Motorola Ibiza is spotted on Geekbench listing with model number XT2137-2 and mysmartprice is the first one to report the news. The listing suggests that the smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, clubbed with Adreno 619 GPU and backed by a 6GB RAM. Earlier it was reported that the smartphone will be powered by a Snapdragon 400 series chipset but looking at the Geekbench test results we can expected that the handset might feature a Snapdragon480 or Snapdragon 690 SoC.

Besides, the listing revealed that the Motorola Ibiza will run Android 11 operating system and comes equipped with a quad-core processor. The smartphone has managed to score 2466 points in single-core and 6223 points in multi-core Geekbench testing.

Recently Vivo Y31s launched with Snapdragon 480 SoC, which was listed on Geekbench listing with 1973 points and 5987 points in single-core and multi-core tests respectively. HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G was also listed on Geekbench listing with 2815 single-core score and 7371 multi-core score. HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G was launched with Snapdragon 690 SoC.

The Geekbench results of the Motorola Ibiza is somewhere between the test scores of Vivo Y31s and HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G and that’s why its uncertain which SoC Motorola is going to use in its upcoming smartphone. However, there are many reports that suggests that the smartphone could be powered by the Snapdragon 480 SoC.

However, it’s still early to jump to any conclusion and the company is yet to make any official reveal about the smartphone. We would like to recommend you to take this information with a pinch of salt and wait for the official launch.
