Alleged Redmi Note 13 Pro Smartphone Gets 3C Certification, Confirms Fast Charging Before Launch

Xiaomi appears to be gearing up for the launch of the Redmi Note 13 series smartphones. The Redmi Note 13 lineup initially is likely to include three devices namely the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. Two smartphones in this lineup, the Redmi Note 13 Pro and the Note 13 Pro+ were recently spotted on TENAA certification. The listing revealed that these devices will feature an AMOLED display, up to 18GB of RAM, and 1TB of internal storage. Now, in a recent development, the possible Redmi Note 13 Pro smartphone with model number 2312DRA50C has received the 3C certification in China.

Redmi Note 13 Pro Will Support 67W Fast Charging

The 3C certification reveals that the device will have 67W fast charging support and 5G connectivity. The same model was also spotted at the TENAA certification a couple of days back. The listing revealed that the handset will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 2712×1220 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the device is supposed to pack an octa-core 2.4GHz chipset.

Furthermore, the TENAA certification also confirmed that the smartphone will launch in 6GB, 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB of RAM configurations along with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB of internal storage. As for the software, we can expect the device to boot Android 13 out of the box with the company’s MIUI 14 software skin on top. The device is tipped to pack a 5,020mAh battery, which will have a 67W fast charging support as revealed by the 3C certification.

A recent report also had revealed that the Redmi Note 13 series will feature a triple-camera setup, consisting of a 200MP, 8MP, and 2MP sensors. The selfie department on the Redmi Note 13 lineup could be handled by a 16MP camera.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will sucedd the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G and the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G smartphones. The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G and the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G were introduced in India earlier this year. To recall, the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G features a 6.67-inch display that has a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device also has a HDR10+ support, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and Dolby Vision support. Powering the smartphone under the hood there’s an octa-core Dimensity 1080 SoC which is coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

As far as the other key features go, it has a 50MP triple-camera setup, 16MP selfie camera, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, IP53 rating, and a 5,000mAh battery which supports 67W fast charging.
