Urban Company has expanded its Native smart home portfolio with the launch of the Native M3 and Native M3 Pro water purifiers in India. The new premium RO purifiers focus on reducing long-term maintenance costs with filters designed to last for up to three years, while also introducing app-based monitoring, advanced mineralisation and a three-year unconditional warranty.
Specifications And Features
The biggest highlight of the Native M3 Pro is its long-life filtration system, which Urban Company says can operate for up to three years without requiring filter replacements or routine servicing. Unlike conventional RO water purifiers that often require regular maintenance, the company claims the Native M3 series has been designed to reduce servicing requirements and lower the overall cost of ownership.
According to Urban Company, customers can save more than Rs 26,000 over nine years through reduced maintenance and long-lasting filters. The purifier is backed by an unconditional three-year warranty, adding another layer of assurance for buyers.
The Native M3 Pro also brings several smart features aimed at improving the ownership experience. Through the Urban Company app, users can monitor filter health, water quality and other performance parameters in real time.
The purifier also features 100 percent RO purification, ensuring all incoming water passes through the RO membrane to remove heavy metals, chemicals and other impurities. Urban Company has also included advanced mineralisation and pH balancing to improve the taste of purified water while restoring essential minerals.
Other features include a food-grade stainless steel storage tank and a dot-matrix smart display that provides real-time information directly on the purifier.
Price and availability
The Urban Company Native M3 and Native M3 Pro are priced from Rs 22,000 and are available for purchase across India through the Urban Company app and the company's official website.
The water purifier segment has traditionally relied on recurring filter replacements and annual maintenance contracts, making ownership costs much higher than the initial purchase price. With the Native M3 Pro, Urban Company is trying to differentiate itself by reducing long-term maintenance rather than competing solely on purification technology. If the claimed three-year filter life and unconditional warranty hold up in real-world usage, the Native M3 Pro could appeal to buyers looking for predictable ownership costs alongside smart connected features.
