Asus Zenfone 8 Mini Battery, RAM And Storage Configurations Leaked

According to Dealntech, the upcoming Asus smartphone will launch as the Zenfone 8 Mini or the Zenfone 8 Flip. It will feature a 5.92-inch OLED display. We can expect the phone to feature 120Hz refresh rate support. Under the hood, the phone will pack a 4000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. Considering the relatively compact form factor, it was expected that the phone will pack a smaller battery.

Asus will launch the device in multiple storage configurations, the report claims. It will launch in 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 256GB options.

The phone is rumoured to feature a Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood. It could also feature a 64MP Sony IMX686 and a new Sony IMX663 sensor. Recently, the phone was listed on Geekbench 5 with the model number ASUS_I006D. It confirms that the device will draw power from a 2.84GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood. The processor is paired with Adreno 660 GPU and 16GB of RAM. It runs Android 11 out of the box.
