Albinder Dhindsa, CEO of Blinkit, has announced a partnership with Symphony Limited to deliver air coolers quickly in select cities. To recall, Blinkit recently introduced quick delivery of Sony PS5 Slim and Sony PS5 Digital Slim editions in select cities.
Blinkit’s 10-Minute Delivery Service for Symphony Air Coolers
Blinkit CEO confirmed that Symphony Air Coolers will be delivered in 10 minutes in select locations around Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. The CEO also added that the Quick Commerce service has already delivered 13 Symphony Air Coolers since morning in the above-mentioned cities. The Quick Commerce online retailer is also offering a discount of 22% on air coolers.
Blinkit currently retails two models of air conditioners: the Symphony Ice Cube 27 Personal Air Cooler (27 litres) and the Symphony Diet 12T Personal Air Cooler (12 litres). Here is the regular and Blinkit special pricing for the air coolers.
- Symphony Ice Cube 27 Personal Air Cooler 27 litre – Rs 5,791 (Rs 8,499)
- Symphony Diet 12T Personal Air Cooler 12 litre – Rs 5,789 (Rs 7,499)
Several users have requested that Blinkit’s CEO increase the coverage of Blinkit delivery within Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru to make the service beneficial to a larger number of users.
Users also pointed out that the service could have started by March when a heat wave hit several parts of the country. The delivery mode has also amused some users since air coolers can’t be transported via two-wheelers.
