Popular budget smartwatch maker Boult has introduced a new offering called Boult Crown. As the name suggests, this smartwatch has a functional crown on the side. The newest offering appears to be an affordable version of last month’s Crown R Pro. However, it does not miss out on any of the health and fitness features that you would expect from a smartwatch at this price point.

The Boult Crown is listed for Rs 1,499 on the official Boult website. It can also be purchased from Flipkart at the same price. Interested buyers can choose from Arctic Blue, Forest Black, Savannah Orange, and Coral Yellow strap colours.

The Boult Crown sports a 1.95-inch HD display. The company has not revealed specific display resolution details but confirmed a peak brightness of 900 nits. The latter should help you with bright daylight usage which is an important aspect when it comes to wearing a smartwatch. It has a square-ish dial featuring a zinc alloy metallic frame and a metal keeper for keeping the loose strap in place.
It has a physical crown on the right side which explains the product name. It will help you with navigation across menus, options, and apps. There are more than 150 watch faces and 8 UI styles for those who love to personalize the look of their smartwatch.
There is Bluetooth 5.2 support which enables phone calls with up to a 10-meter range. It has a dedicated speaker and mic along with a native dial pad. A user can pick up and reject phone calls directly from the smartwatch.

One interesting thing about the smartwatch is that it even has mini-games. These include the 2048 puzzle game, Young Bird, Hamster, and Battleships. Other features are IP67 water and dust resistance rating, virtual assistant integration, notification syncing, the latest message reminder, a calculator, Find My Phone, and a goal achievement reminder. However, for some reason, the battery capacity and battery life of the smartwatch have not been revealed.
