The high-octane action and superhit movie franchise Commando is slated to be turned into a series on Disney+ Hotstar after making waves at the Bollywood box office. The action tale will be retold in an entirely new format in the series, backed by director and franchise creator Vipul Shah. The fact that this adaptation is the first film franchise to transition into a digital series will start a trend in India. This is Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s second project with Disney+ Hotstar. The Commando series introduced Vidyut Jamwal to Bollywood’s action circuit. This show will introduce Prem Parrija in the role of Commando Virat.

The official Trailer and Plot
The 2013 smash hit film Commando told the story of an Indian commando who, while evading Chinese authorities, single-handedly assists a woman in escaping an infamous gang. The new show will provide audiences a closer look into Para SF Captain Karan Singh Dogra’s (previously portrayed by well-known actor Vidyut Jammwal) life and mission by detailing his escapades in greater detail.
Vipul Amrutlal Shah is the creator and director of the series. Prem Pajarria and Adah Sharma are the show’s lead actors, while Ashin A Shah’s Sunshine Pictures produced it. Significant parts are also played by Tigmanshu Dhulia, Amit Sia, Vaibhav Tatwawadi, and Ishtiyak Khan in the show. Mukesh Chabra handled the show’s casting.
