Google is rumoured to launch a new Pixel series smartphone – the Google Pixel 7a at Google I/O. To those unaware, the Google I/O 2023 Edition will commence on May 10. The upcoming Google Pixel 7a will be a mid-range offering from the Mountain View tech giant, similar to its predecessor.

Ahead of the rumoured launch, the Google Pixel 7a renders, colour options, and official cases have now surfaced on the web, Courtesy of Roland Quandt and WinFuture. The latest leak once again showcases the upcoming Google Pixel 7a in Grey, Blue, and White colour options. Let us take a closer look at the Google Pixel 7a colour options and official cases.


Google Pixel 7a: Renders and Colour Options

The leaked renders once again confirm that the Google Pixel 7a will launch in three colour options – Grey, Blue, and White. A couple of weeks ago, MySmartPrice had exclusively revealed the first look of the device along with all three colour options.

The Google Pixel 7a will come with the same design language as that of the predecessor – Pixel 6a. This means that the handset will offer a full-screen display with a centered punch-hole notch. The back panel of the device will feature a Visor-shaped camera module, similar to the Pixel 6a and other Pixel 7 series smartphones.

Google Pixel 7a: Official Cases

The Google Pixel 7a will have three official cases as revealed in the latest leak. For each colour of the Pixel 7a, Google will reportedly launch a case. The Google Pixel 7a cases will have a horizontal cutout for the visor-shaped camera and a Google logo can also be seen.

The Google Pixel 7a is rumoured to offer a 90Hz OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. The upcoming Pixel smartphone might be powered by a Tensor G2 chipset. It is said to come paired with 8GB of memory and 256GB of onboard storage. The handset will come pre-loaded with Android 13.

The Google Pixel 7a will offer a dual-rear camera setup which might include a 64MP camera setup. The handset is rumoured to offer a 10.8MP front camera. It will also be the first affordable Pixel smartphone with wireless charging support. The Google Pixel 7a is tipped to cost $499 (roughly Rs 40,920), which is $50 more than its predecessor.
