Nothing is now rolling out NothingOS 2.5.5.a update with ChatGPT integration for the Nothing Phone (2a).

The Nothing Phone (1) has started getting the NothingOS 2.5.5 update. The NothingOS 2.5.5 update brings ChatGPT integration in addition to RAM Booster and several other features. This was earlier rolled out to the Phone (2). Take a look at the details.

Nothing Phone (1) NothingOS 2.5.5 Update: Changelog

Nothing has added a new ChatGPT widget with the NothingOS 2.5.5 update. This widget will allow users to access ChatGPT from the home screen enabling faster and easier access. The update also adds a new gesture in the Nothing X app to let Nothing Ear and Ear (a) users start a voice conversation with ChatGPT. The company plans to enable new gestures for other Nothing audio products in the coming days.

The screenshot and clipboard pop-ups have got the new ChatGPT button that lets users directly paste content to start a conversation with ChatGPT. To use these features, users must have the ChatGPT app installed on their devices.

Nothing has added a RAM Booster to the Nothing Phone (1) too. To enable this, users can head to Settings -> System -> RAM Booster after updating their devices to the latest NothingOS version. There is also a new option to let users apply the Nothing Icon Pack only to the Home Screen for improved accessibility in the App Drawer.

Nothing Phone (1) users can now scroll through pages on the Home Screen while organising icons. There is also an option to customise status bar icons which can be accessed under Settings -> Display -> Status bar section.
