Google is expected to launch the Pixel 8 series devices such as the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro later this year. Back in March, we at MySmartPrice exclusively revealed the Pixel 8 renders. The leaked renders revealed the design of the Pixel 8 ahead of the launch. Additionally, the key specifications, launch timeline and pricing of the device surfaced last month. While we wait for the launch, the Google Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro storage and colour options are now revealed by the German publication Winfuture.
Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro Colour, Storage Options Leaked
The publication while citing dealer data mentions that the Pixel 8 will be available in 128GB and 256GB storage options. On the other hand, the Pixel 8 Pro will debut in the 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options. Apart from the storage details, the retailer data also revealed the colour options of the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro. The Pixel 8 will come in Licorice, Peony, and Haze colours, whereas the Pixel 8 Pro could launch in Licorice, Porcelain, and Sky colourways.
The previous leak suggests that the Pixel 8 will be featuring a 6.71-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to come with up to 8GB of RAM. Under the hood, the device could be powered by Google’s Tensor G3 chipset. Moving onto the imaging department, the smartphone is expected to feature a dual-camera setup. The camera module might include a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support.

The rear-facing camera module is also supposed to include a 12MP ultra-wide lens. On the front side, the handset is rumoured to sport an 11MP selfie camera. Furthermore, the handset is expected to pack a 4,485mAh battery which could offer 24W wired fast charging and 12W wireless charging support. As for the software, we can expect both the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro to boot Android 14 out of the box.
Currently, the launch date of both these devices is yet to be revealed by Google. However, the previous leak suggests that the Pixel 8 series will debut in October later this year.
