The Honor X50 Pro 5G launch has been confirmed by the brand. The company posted an official teaser poster of the upcoming smartphone. It is being speculated that the Honor X50 5G will launch around the same time as the Honor Magic 6 series in China. Notably, Honor has already confirmed officially that the Honor Magic 6 series will go official in China on 10 January 2024.
Honor will also introduce the Magic OS 8.0 at the same event. We can expect the Honor X50 Pro 5G to launch at the same event or during the same week. Let’s take a look at the Honor X50 Pro 5G official poster and key specifications revealed by the brand.
Honor X50 Pro 5G Official Teaser Confirms Key Specifications
As you can see in the teaser image above, Honor has not only confirmed the key specifications of the upcoming X-series device but also revealed the design of the smartphone. The poster confirms that Honor will offer the X50 Pro 5G in two colour options – Green and Black with golden accents around the massive circular camera module comprising two cameras and an LED flash. The handset seems to be featuring the same design philosophy as the Honor X50 with a circular camera module. However, Honor offers the X50 smartphone in four colours viz. White, Black, Blue, and Orange.
Coming to the specifications, the poster confirms three core specifications of the Honor X50 Pro 5G. The handset will come with a Snapdragon 8+ SoC, however the poster doesn’t reveal the exact processor. Further, Honor has confirmed that the X50 Pro 5G will flaunt a curved display with 1.5k resolution and eye-protection certification. Lastly, the teaser poster confirms that the Honor X50 Pro 5G will come with a 5,800mAh battery and we can expect that the smartphone will offer fast charging support as well.
As of now, details are scarce when it comes to the Honor X50 Pro 5G. There have not been many leaks or rumours when it comes to the upcoming Honor X50 series device. However, it was recently spotted on China’s 3C Certification website. The listing confirmed that the smartphone will come with 16GB RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The 3C listing also revealed that Honor might launch the X50 Pro 5G with 35W fast charging support and NFC connectivity. We will know more about the handset as we approach the launch date.
