The announcement was made by Sheth on his X ( formerly Twitter) profile, teasing the launch of a new Honor device in India. In his post, he can be seen showcasing the Honor X9b smartphone with its circular camera module. The device was released in China a few weeks back.
The Honor X9b is a mid-range smartphone, which features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. The phone comes with a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 108MP primary camera, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens.
The screen of the Honor X9b is a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution. The company advertises it as an ultra-durable smartphone in China with a strong screen. To recall, HTech also flaunted the screen strength of the Honor 90 during its India launch.
The Honor X9b is priced at CNY 1999 (approx Rs 23,700) in China. We can expect the device to be priced at around Rs 30,000 in India. However, the company has not revealed the exact launch date of the phone yet.
