Note: As per Airtel, there’s no way by which you can have access to your 6-month call history in one go, including the month in which you are using the service, like [month of the year] (there will be no information till it gets completed).
Checking Airtel call history via SMS and Airtel Thanks App (Prepaid & Postpaid)
This method works for prepaid users only. Also, before starting, make sure that your Airtel Thanks app is updated on your device, including both Android and iOS.
- Open the Airtel Thanks app on your device.
- Now, tap on the Help tab at the bottom right corner of the screen of your device.
- There, tap on the Chat Now or Complaints icon.
- You’ll be presented with a list of pre-recorded queries, Tap on the type icon at the bottom left (next to the mic icon).
- Type Call history there.
- You’ll see a text to SMS EPREBILL (space) MONTH (space) EMAIL ID to 121 to receive call details on your email ID. SMS this from your device’s messaging app with the appropriate details to 121. For example, if your email is tty@gmail.com, your message will look like this – EPREBILL APRIL tty@gmail.com.
- After sending the SMS, wait for a few moments, and you will receive a response like this – “Hi, Ebill for [your Airtel number] for Apr’[year] has been sent to your email ID: tty@gmail.com. Your ebill password is XXXXXXXX.
- Now, open the Gmail app on your device or laptop. Check for the email from Airtel. There, open the attached PDF and enter the password.
- Congratulations! Now you have a detailed report of your call history for April [year].
One thing to note is that: your eBill password is usually your DOB and the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Checking Airtel call history via Airtel Website (Prepaid & Postpaid)
You can even get your Airtel call history from the official Airtel website. For this:
- Open the web browser on your laptop or PC, and search for the Airtel official website.
- Click on the Account tab at the top right corner and enter your login details, such as your mobile number and password.
- Now move towards the Usage Details section.
- Just below the Usage Details, look for the option to view call records for a specific period.
- Choose your desired date range and click on Submit. Your call record will appear in front of you.
