After several leaks and rumours, HTC has officially announced its latest U-series smartphone dubbed the HTC U23 and the HTC U23 Pro with a built-in VIVERSE platform. These new smartphones from HTC come with an OLED display that has a 120Hz refresh rate. These devices are powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core chipset which is coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. HTC U23, U23 Pro: Pricing, Availability
The HTC U23 Pro is priced at TW$ 16,990 (roughly Rs 45,535) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The variant with 12GB of internal storage and 256GB of internal storage costs TW$ 17,990 (roughly Rs 48,215). The device comes in Coffee Black and Muxer White colour options. The smartphone is available for sale in Taiwan. Customers can get a free HTC True Wireless Bluetooth Headset II on purchase of U23 Pro till May 30th as a part of a limited-period launch offer.
The HTC U23 comes in Aqua Blue and Roland Violet colour options. The device is available in single 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. The company has not yet revealed the price and availability details of the U23 yet. As of now, HTC has not announced any details regarding the global availability of the HTC U23 and the U23 Pro.

The HTC U23 Pro boasts a 6.7-inch OLED display that has a Full HD+ 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution. The device has a 20:9 aspect ratio display panel, up to 120Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Powering the device under the hood there’s a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 (4nm) chipset which is paired with an Adreno 644 GPU. The smartphone comes in an 8GB/12GB RAM option along with 256GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the smartphone also has a microSD card slot for the expansion of storage beyond 256GB.
Moving onto the imaging department, the device features a quad-camera setup at the back. The camera module includes a 108MP primary camera which has a f/1.7 aperture and OIS support.
