Coming to the specifications, the Huawei MatePad 5G is loaded with the same set of specs as seen in MatePad 10.4. The only difference here is the inclusion of Kirin 820 5G chipset that comes with one Cortex A76 clocked at 2.36GHz, three Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.22GHz and four Cortex A55 cores clocked at 1.84GHz. The chipset offers 5G capabilities and brings ARM Mali-GS57Mp6 GPU. That said, the rest of the specifications remains the same as the MatePad 10.4.

Huawei MatePad 5G flaunts a 10.4-inch WUXGA+ display with a screen resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. The tablet features 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 512GB with MicroSD card.

In terms of optics, you get 8MP rear camera with LED flash along with 8MP front-facing camera. The tablet comes with quad-speakers and the brand has added four microphones to enhance the calling experience. The tablet features 7250mAh battery and comes with 22.5W fast-changing support. In terms of connectivity, the Huawei MatePad 5G supports 5G SA/NSA, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS and USB 2.0 Type-C. The tablet measures 245.2 x 154.96 x 7.45mm and weighs 460 grams.
