Infinix has announced two new phones in the Note 12 series globally. The company has launched the Infinix Note 12 VIP and the Infinix Note 12 G96. Both the phones are powered by MediaTek Helio G96 SoC and both come with Full HD+ AMOLED screens.
The Note 12 VIP brings features like a 10-bit display, 120Hz refresh rate, and 108MP cameras as well. However, the star of the show on the phone is the 120W fast charge support. On the other hand, the Infinix Note 12 G96 comes with a 50MP camera and it supports 33W fast charging. Later this week, Infinix India will launch the Note 12 series in India 一 Infinix Note 12 and Infinix Note 12 Turbo.
Infinix Note 12 VIP: Specifications
The Note 12 VIP sports a 6.7-inch HD+ AMOLED 10-bit screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 coverage. Under the hood, the phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G96 SoC. It is equipped with ARM Mali G52 GPU. The handset offers 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
In terms of optics, the Infinix Note 12 VIP comes with a 108MP main camera with f/1.75 aperture, 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. It has a 16MP selfie camera on the front. The phone is packed with a 4,500mAh battery and it offers support for 120W fast charging. With this fast charging, the device is said to fully charge from 0 to 100% in just 17 minutes.
Other features of the Note 12 VIP include 7.89mm thickness, 198 grams weight, monster gaming kit feature for better gaming optimization, dual x-axis linear meter, 9 layer cooling system, dual speaker with DTS, and the device comes in Cayenne Grey and Force Black colour options.
Infinix Note 12 G96: Specifications
The Infinix Note 12 G96 is named after the MediaTek Helio G96 SoC and it is powered by the same chipset. The phone comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and it comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
In the camera department, the device comes with a 50MP primary snapper and a 2MP secondary sensor. There is a 16MP selfie camera on the front for selfies. The Note 12 G96 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery and the phone comes with 33W fast charging support. Other features include a dual speaker setup, linear motor, 10-layer cooling system, and XOS 10.6 based on Android 11.
The Infinix Note 12 VIP is priced at $300 (~Rs 23,300) and the Note 12 G96 is priced at $200 (~Rs 15,500). Both devices will be available in select global markets.
