iQOO 11 5G Display Specifications and Features Confirmed Ahead of December 2 Launch

iQOO 11 series launch is imminent. The company has confirmed that the iQOO 11 5G will launch in China and Malaysia on December 2. The company is also expected to launch the 11 Pro alongside the 11 5G. Ahead of the official launch, iQOO has started teasing the specifications and features of its upcoming flagship phone. The company previously teased the design and has now confirmed the display specifications and features.

The iQOO 11 5G will get some massive upgrades in the display department. The company has confirmed that the phone will get a smoother display, which is also smarter and offer higher peak brightness. Let’s take a look at the iQOO 11 specifications, features and other details known so far.

iQOO 11 Display Specifications Confirmed 

The iQOO 11 will launch as a successor to the iQOO 10 5G, which was launched earlier this year in China. The phone is expected to launch in India soon. Ahead of the launch, the company has confirmed that the device will sport a 144Hz refresh rate display. iQOO claimed that the device will be the first smartphone worldwide to offer 144Hz refresh rate support with a 2K display resolution. The screen will also have support for 1440Hz PWM Dimming. It will come with a peak brightness of 1800 nits. 


iQOO will make use of LTPO technology to dynamically switch the refresh rate. The teaser images also reveal that the phone will come with a curved display. There will be a hole-punch cutout at the top for the front camera.

iQOO is yet to confirm the display size of the device. According to the leaked details, the iQOO 11 5G will sport a 6.78-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display. The company has also confirmed that the phone will draw power from Qualcomm’s latest flagship SoC, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It will come with 8GB/ 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

On the back, there will be a triple-camera setup. The device will feature a 50MP main camera sensor with an f/1.9 aperture, a 13MP ultrawide camera and an 8MP portrait sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the device will feature a 16MP front camera sensor. iQOO will also use Vivo’s new V2 ISP, which is aimed at improving the low-light video recording and portrait mode capabilities.

The phone is said to pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging out of the box. It is also likely to run Android 13 out of the box with a layer of Origin OS 3 on top. The global variants could feature Funtouch OS 13 instead of Origin OS 3. Lastly, the phone is said to launch in two colours at least, which will be called Alpha and Legend.
