iQOO recently launched the Z5 5G in India. The mid-range smartphone from the Vivo sub-brand features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC and a triple-camera setup on the back. iQOO was rumoured to launch a Pro variant of the device in China. The company did not confirm the existence or announce the launch date of the device. The latest development suggests that iQOO could launch the Z5 Pro with a different moniker. The company could launch the smartphone under the Neo series. iQOO Neo 6 SE has visited the 3C website database. The listing reveals the device’s fast-charging details. iQOO could launch the Neo 6 SE soon in China. Ahead of the launch, the mid-range smartphone from iQOO is listed on the 3C website. The device will support 66W fast charging. We can expect iQOO to pack a 4,500 or even a 5000 mAh battery in the iQOO Neo 6 SE.

The smartphone was previously spotted on the IMEI database with the model number V2157A. It also confirmed that the phone will launch as the iQOO Neo 6 SE. The IMEI listing does not confirm any other details of the upcoming iQOO smartphone. A leaker on Weibo, however, claims to have leaked some key specs of the device. iQOO is likely to launch the phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC, which was recently announced. The processor has a marginally higher clock speed of 2.5GHz as compared to 2.4GHz on the SD778G SoC. 

The tipster further reveals that the phone will launch in three colours. Details about the colour options remain unknown at the moment. He further claims that the device was originally planned to launch as the iQOO Z5 Pro. However, iQOO is instead planning on launching the devices under the Neo 6 series. We will have to wait for some official details to confirm the leaked specs. The company could announce the device soon.
