iQOO launched the Neo 6 5G earlier this year in India. The device was launched as a new upper mid-range offering under Rs 30,000. iQOO is gearing up to launch the Neo 7 5G as a successor to the Neo 6. The company has not confirmed the launch date of its upcoming Neo series phone. While we wait for that, a new report has revealed the specifications of the Neo 7 5G.

Tipster Digital Chat Station (via) has listed the display specifications and the camera hardware details of the Neo 7 5G. The phone was also listed on the 3C website ahead of its launch. Let’s take a look at the iQOO Neo 7 5G specifications, features and other details known so far.

iQOO Neo 7 5G Specifications

The iQOO Neo 7 5G is expected to launch soon as the phone has been spotted on the 3C website. It has the model number V2231A. The 3C listing revealed that the Neo 7 5G will support 120W fast charging. This will be an upgrade over the Neo 6 5G in India, which supports 80W fast charging out of the box. Specifications of the phone have also leaked. According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the upcoming Neo 7 5G will pack a Dimensity 9000+ SoC under the hood.

The device is also said to sport a Full HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate support. iQOO is likely to use a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. There will be an upgrade in the camera department as well. The tipster claims that the Neo 7 5G will feature a new 50MP main camera. iQOO will use a Sony IMX766V sensor, which was also used in the iQOO 8 Pro Chinese variant. The Neo 7 is also rumoured to come with a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 12MP portrait-telephoto camera.

There is no word on the launch date of the phone. However, we can expect it to launch in China sometime next month. iQOO is likely to launch the Neo 7 5G in India and other markets later this year.
