Lava has announced the launch of the Lava ProWatch Zn and Lava ProWatch Vn smartwatches in India. This marks Lava’s venture into the smartwatch space to compete with boAt, Noise, and more brands. Have a look at the details.
Lava ProWatch Zn, ProWatch Vn: Pricing, Availability
Lava has launched the ProWatch Zn in stainless steel metal straps and silicon straps. The ProWatch Vn is available only in a single variant with a silicon strap. Here is the variant-wise pricing of the newly announced smartwatches.

The smartwatches come with a standard warranty of 24 months and will be available from April 26 through Amazon and retail partners in India.
Lava ProWatch Zn: Features, Specifications
The ProWatch Zn features a 1.43-inch 2.5D curved AMOLED panel with a resolution of 466×466 pixels. The panel supports 600 nits peak brightness, 326ppi pixel density, and a 60Hz refresh rate.
The watch also supports an Always-On display and gets Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It also has an IP68 water and dust resistance.
The ProWatch Zn is powered by a Realtek RTL8763EWE-VP chipset with a 128 MHz operating frequency. The chipset brings support for Bluetooth calling tech with the Bluetooth 5.2 protocol. The smartwatch sports a high-accuracy sensor for measuring step counts, heart rate, the SpO2 sensor, and more.
The ProWatch Zn can track over 110 sports modes and supports in-built games. The Lava ProWatch is backed by a 350mAh battery, which can last up to seven days in normal usage and up to three days with Bluetooth Calling enabled. The smartwatch has utility features like camera/music controls, quick replies, smart notifications, and more.

The ProWatch Vn sports a 1.96-inch TFT rectangular panel with 320x386p resolution, 500 nits brightness, and 256 pixel density. The smartwatch also features a Realtek chipset with Bluetooth Calling support.
The ProWatch Vn is backed by a 230mAh battery with a claimed battery life of five days and two days in regular usage and with Bluetooth calling. The company claims the smartwatch can be charged from 0 to 100 in 2.5 hours. Lava equips the smartwatch with a heart rate sensor, a SpO2 tracker, a sleep tracker, and more. The watch is IP67-rated.
