The giveaway spree began as part of the store’s Holiday Sale 2023, which has now reached its conclusion. The store is wrapping up another season of gifts on a high note by offering Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy for free. Epic Games Store Free Game of the Week: Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is a third-person action-adventure game by Square Enix and released in October 2021. It lets you play as Peter Quill aka Star-Lord who is joined by other Guardians including Rocket, Gamora, Drax The Destroyer, and Groot. You cannot control other Guardians but can give them commands that will affect your journey in the game.
Your role as Star-Lord is not only to save the galaxy but also to navigate your relationship with other Guardians. The game will give you plenty of opportunities to make choices that will have an impact on what happens next. It is undoubtedly a fun game to play even if you are not a Marvel fan or have not watched or read anything related to Marvel. And not to forget, the game has some cool tracks from the 80s.
How to Download Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy for Free on Epic Games Store?
- Launch the Epic Games Store application on your PC or visit the Epic Games Store website.
- Login with your account.
- Scroll down the homepage until you see the free Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy banner. Alternatively, simply search for the game using the search bar.
- On the game page, you will see its price as “Free” along with the Get button.
- Click the Get button and proceed with the on-screen steps.
The game will get added to your Epic Games account for free. You can now play it whenever you want. Just remember to add it to your library before January 11.
