Samsung is preparing to expand its M series lineup with the new Galaxy M55 5G smartphone. Recently, the device appeared on the Geekbench database. Today, we have spotted the Galaxy M55 5G on the Wi-Fi Alliance certification website with the SM-M556B/DS model number.
Unfortunately, the listing on the Wi-Fi Alliance website doesn’t reveal any specifications of the device. But it surely indicates that the launch is imminent. However, the recent appearance on the Geekbench listing reveals that the Galaxy M55 5G will pack a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and it will run on the Android 14-based One UI.
The upcoming Galaxy M55 5G will succeed the Galaxy M54 5G, launched in March of last year. So, here’s a brief recap of its specifications:
