An industry source has revealed to MySmartPrice that Vivo’s flagship foldable offering is arriving in ‘Early June’. Vivo’s highly anticipated X Fold3 Pro is said to bring a groundbreaking leap in the foldable smartphone space. It will become the first foldable smartphone to have a hinge containing a Carbon Fiber Keel component.
Carbon Fiber gives the X Fold 3 Pro several advantages over other hinges in the usual foldable devices. This material promises featherlight portability, boosters, sustainability, and robustness. The X Fold 3 Pro, with its Carbon Fiber Hinge, will come with 12 years of reliable folding and 500,000 reliable folds, as tested by TÜV Rheinland.

Recently, the team at MySmartPrice also spotted the X Fold 3 Pro’s global variant on the popular Geekbench database. The smartphone scored 2146 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 6 benchmark test, and in the multi-core round, the foldable handset grabbed 6304 points. It also revealed that the device will pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with 16GB of RAM and run Android 14-based FuntouchOS.
The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro has also appeared in the Bureau of Indian Standard database, which didn’t reveal any specifications for the device. But it surely indicated an India launch, and the launch is now set for next month.
