Motorola is gearing up for the launch of the Moto G Power 5G (2024) smartphone. The official-looking renders of the smartphone were leaked recently, giving an overview of the device. Today, we have spotted the forthcoming G Power 5G (2024) smartphone in the Geekbench listing.

Moto G Power 5G (2024) Geekbench Listing

The Geekbench database reveals the Moto G Power 5G (2024) moniker of the upcoming device. The forthcoming device has scored 679 points in single-core and 2,005 points in multi-core tests. The database adds that the device will be powered by a MediaTek chipset with an octa-core setup.

The octa-core setup will comprise two cores at 2.2GHz, six cores at 2.0GHz, and a PowerVR B-Series BXM-8-256 GPU. The inclusion of PowerVR B-Series BXM-8-256 GPU suggests that Motorola will equip the smartphone with a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC. For those unaware, the Dimensity 7020 SoC is a rebrand of the MediaTek Dimensity 930 SoC.

The chipset features two Cortex A78 cores at 2.2GHz and six Cortex A55 cores at 2.0GHz. The listing adds that the chipset will pair with 8GB of RAM, and the device will debut with Android 14 out of the box. The database doesn’t reveal any other specifications of the upcoming Motorola G series smartphone.

Moto G Power 5G (2024): Expected Specifications

The 5K CAD renders revealed by our team at MySmartPrice reveal that Moto will equip the device with a 6.7-inch display. The display will sport a centred punch hole cutout to house the selfie camera. Motorola is likely to use an IPS LCD panel for the display, which could debut with an HD resolution of 1200×1600 pixels.

The official-looking renders reveal that Motorola will debut the device in Orchid Tint and Outer Space colourways. The device will measure 167.3×76.4×8.5 mm and will sport a flat edge on the corners. The G Power 5G (2024) is likely to debut with 67W wired charging support. The other specifications of the smartphone are currently under wraps.
