Motorola has launched a new budget smartphone under Rs 15,000 in India. The Moto G31 is the company’s latest offering. The device was launched earlier this month in select markets alongside other G-series smartphones. It comes with a triple-camera setup on the back.
The budget smartphone also features a hole-punch display. It competes against the likes of the Redmi Note 10, Realme 8i, Poco M3 Pro, etc. The device has been launched in two storage configurations. Let’s take a look at the Moto G31 price in India, specifications, features and other details.
Moto G31 price in India
As mentioned above, the Moto G31 comes in two storage options. It has a 4GB RAM variant with 64GB of internal storage, which is priced at Rs 12,999. The higher storage option with 128GB memory and 6GB RAM is priced at Rs 14,999. It comes in two colours – Meteorite Grey, Sterling Blue
The device goes on sale starting December 6 via Flipkart.

The Moto G31 features a 6.4-inch AMOLED display. It has a hole-punch display with a tiny cutout at the top centre. The screen is claimed to have a peak brightness of 700 nits. It has a standard 60Hz screen.
On the back, there is a triple-camera setup. It has a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera sensor. For selfies, the phone has a 13MP front camera housed inside the hole-punch cutout.
The Motorola smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box. It packs a 5000 mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging. Motorola claims that the phone can offer juice for up to 36 hours on a single charge. It comes with a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device draws power from a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC under the hood. It is paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
