Motorola is gearing up for the launch of another G-series smartphone in India. It has been a few days since the company unveiled the G31 in India. It is a budget smartphone priced under Rs 15,000 with a 5000 mAh battery, a Full HD+ AMOLED display, and a 50MP triple-camera setup. Another smartphone from the launch of Motorola launching soon in India is the Moto G51. The device has already been launched in China and some other markets. Let’s take a look at more details about the Motorola Moto G51 5G India launch, specs, and other details.
Motorola Moto G51 India launch
Motorola has confirmed the launch of the Moto G51 in India. The budget smartphone’s launch teaser, however, does not confirm the date. Motorola’s teaser post on Twitter does not mention the name of the device. However, the 7-second video teases a device that looks identical to the Moto G51 5G. Adding up to that is a recent report, which revealed the device’s launch date. According to the leaked information, the Motorola Moto G51 5G will launch in India on December 10. It will also come with support for 12 5G bands in India.

The device will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ SoC under the hood and could be the first smartphone to feature one. We can expect the device to come with 4GB of RAM, which is also found in the international variant. It will come with 64GB of internal storage. It would not be a surprise if Motorola launches a 6GB RAM variant of the device as well.
The phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery and 10W charging support. It will sport a triple-camera setup on the back. The phone has a 50MP primary camera sensor and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The rear camera module also houses a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, the phone has a 13MP front camera.
It sports a 6.8-inch Full HD+ LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen has a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. The phone also comes with an IP52 water and dust resistant rating, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Based on the specs, we can expect the phone to launch in India under Rs 20,000.
