Motorola has announced a new bronze gradient variant of its latest handset the Motorola One Vision. It is available for purchase through Flipkart starting today for Rs 19,999. The phone was launched last month on 27 June 2019 but was only available in Sapphire hue. The phone has a tall design for superior ergonomics. Thanks to its reflective glass back with Gorilla Glass protection, the Motorola One Vision looks quite premium. The handset also comes with a splash-resistant coating. It is one of the few phones to feature a wide 21:9 screen, which Motorola likes to refer to as CinemaVision display. Among other features, you get a 48 MP camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), and a punch-hole selfie camera. Priced just under Rs 20,000, the Motorola One Vision competes with the likes of Galaxy M40 and Galaxy A50 in India. The M40 comes with a similar punch-hole LCD display whereas the Galaxy A50 offers an AMOLED screen with a waterdrop notch. If you are in for a mid-range smartphone, you may want to consider the Motorola One Vision. But before making up your mind, let us run you through its specifications:
Motorola One Vision Specifications
Motorola has sourced the phone’s processor from the Korean giant Samsung. The device is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 9609 chipset. It comprises of four Cortex-A73 performance cores, and four energy efficient Cortex-A53 cores. The gaming part is handled by the Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The Indian variant of the device ships with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. You can expand it further via a microSD card slot. On a related note, its Chinese variant the Motorola P50 comes with 6 GB of RAM.
As mentioned earlier, the Motorola One Vision features a 6.3-inch IPS (In-Plane Switching) LCD with Full HD+ resolution. The Motorola One Vision features dual camera setup comprising of a 48 MP primary and 5 MP depth sensor. The camera module is equipped with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), which helps in steadying shots by compensating for hand movement. For selfies, the Motorola has opted for a 25 MP front-facing camera.
Other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It is a dual SIM handset compatible with 4GVoLTE network in China. The Motorola P50 draws power from a 3500 mAh battery. It ships with a 15 W fast charger. For security, the phone relies on the rear fingerprint sensor. On the software front, you get the Android One platform based on iteration 9.0 Pie.
