Nothing launched the Ear (1) as its first product in India and many other international markets. The new truly wireless earbuds gained a lot of hype primarily for the design. The ear (1) sports a semi-transparent design, with parts of the earbuds and the charging case giving us a look at the internals. Other than the design, the TWS also features premium features like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Transparency mode and up to 34 hours of battery life. Nothing ear (1) Black Edition price in India is set at Rs 6,999. The TWS will be available for purchase via Flipkart starting December 13. Customers in select markets, except India, will also be able to make the purchase with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Coin (USDC) and Dogecoin (DOGE).
In addition to this, Nothing also announced that it is carbon neutral. The company worked with third parties, like Geneva-headquartered SGS, to independently assess and neutralise the carbon footprint of the first product in its ecosystem.
Specifications and features
The TWS comes with features like ANC and a Transparency mode. It offers two different levels of ANC, which can be switched in the ear (1) app. The app also offers users to switch to Transparency mode. Each earbud packs 11.6mm drivers, which are claimed to deliver balanced bass, mid, and treble performance. The earbuds also feature three mics to cancel out outside noise for ANC and during calls.
The earbuds are claimed to offer 5.7 hours of juice without ANC. With ANC, the earbuds offer up to 4 hours of juice.
