OnePlus 9 Series will Get Two years Warranty in China
OnePlus even has confirmed through an official forum post that it will be offering a two-year warranty period for the OnePlus 9 series. Additionally, Pete Lau even has mentioned in his Weibo post that “Seeing the survey data, the replacement cycle of the flagship is about 2 years, So this is equivalent to buying our new product, and almost the entire life cycle of use can enjoy the official warranty”. With this confirmation OnePlus now seems to be the only brand offering a longer warranty period on its upcoming OnePlus 9 series. Earlier, Xiaomi had announced such longer warranty period of 18 months for its Redmi Note 7. This was made possible because their Field Failure Rate had improved, which saw a drop of more than 30% compared to the previous generation.
