OnePlus launched the Ace 2 5G on February 7 in China. The device was launched as the OnePlus 11R 5G in India. The 11R 5G sits below the OnePlus 11 5G, which was also launched at the Cloud 11 event. It looks like OnePlus might launch a new premium smartphone soon. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is reportedly working on the launch of the Ace 2 Pro 5G. As per the moniker, the device will sit above the Ace 2 5G in China. There is no word on whether the phone will launch in India.
Meanwhile, a leak has revealed the specifications and feature of the rumoured OnePlus Ace 2 Pro 5G in China. Let’s take a look at the key specifications, features and other details leaked about the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro ahead of its launch.
OnePlus Ace 2 Pro Specifications Tipped
The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will be a new premium smartphone in China. The phone is tipped to launch in OnePlus’ home country soon. As per the leaked details shared (via) by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Ace 2 Pro has the model number PHP110. The tipster claimed that the phone will have the same display size as the Ace 2 5G.
The Ace 2 Pro 5G will come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. However, the screen will be flat and not curved unlike the Ace 2 5G. The device will have a 1.5K resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels.
Under the hood, the phone will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. It will launch with up to 16GB of RAM. The phone will also have a beefy 5000mAh battery. It will continue to support 100W fast charging out of the box.

The camera setup will be slightly inferior, at least on paper. There will be a triple-camera setup on the back. The device will feature a 64MP OmniVision OV64M main camera with an f/1.79 aperture. The phone will also feature an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera sensor and a 2MP GalaxyCore GC02M macro camera.
It is unknown how will OnePlus position the Ace 2 Pro 5G in China considering the phone has inferior cameras (on paper) and a MediaTek flagship series chipset that, although powerful but does not beat the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC in terms of benchmarks.
