The OnePlus Ace 3 launch date has been officially announced by OnePlus earlier today. As per the details shared by the brand today, the OnePlus Ace 3 will launch in China on January 4. The specifications as well as the possible pricing of the device are already known to us, as the device was spotted on the China Telecom website a few days back. The device also made it to the Geekbench today ahead of its launch next month. The Geekbench listing discloses the key hardware specifications of the handset.
The same smartphone is also expected to launch in the global market as the OnePlus 12R. The device is set to launch in India as well as in the global market alongside the OnePlus 12 on January 23, as revealed by OnePlus a couple of days back.
OnePlus Ace 3 Specifications Revealed By Geekbench Listing
The Geekbench listing reveals that the OnePlus Ace 3 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The smartphone will pack up to 16GB of RAM, and it will run Android 14 out of the box reveals the test result. Apart from the 16GB RAM configuration, the device should be available in the 12GB RAM option as well. The smartphone could be introduced in the market in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of storage options.
As far as the other specifications of the device go, it is supposed to feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display which could have a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Moving onto the imaging department, the device is expected to feature a triple-camera setup. The camera module might include a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The rest of the key specifications which the device could offer include a 16MP selfie camera, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a 5,000mAh battery, and a 100W fast charging support.
As for the pricing, the base model of the OnePlus Ace 3 with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage could start at CNY 3299 (Roughly Rs 39,500), while the 16GB RAM model with 512GB/1TB of internal storage might cost CNY 3699 (Roughly Rs 44,200) and CNY 3999 (Roughly Rs 48,000) respectively. The handset should launch in Gold, Blue, and Black colour options as per the teaser shared by the company. The device might go on sale in China from January 31.
