OnePlus is expected to launch a new mid-range handset – the OnePlus Ace 3V soon. Before official details arrive, a Chinese tipster on Weibo has revealed a few details like the chipset and display of the upcoming Ace series smartphone. Here’s a look at the details.

OnePlus Ace 3V Details Leaked

It is suggested that the Ace 3V will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor and will reportedly mark the commercial debut of this processor on a smartphone.

It is also said to include a 1.5K display. To recall, a previous leak also hinted at a 1.5K display, which will be flat. We can expect it to be a 120Hz AMOLED panel. The handset is also tipped to feature a 5,000mAh battery unit with 100W fast charging support. It might come equipped with up to 16GB of RAM.

In a separate development, the OnePlus Ace 3V design schematics have also surfaced on Weibo. The schematics shared by the tipster reveal a dual-rear camera setup with a circular LED flash.

As per leaked schematics, the smartphone will feature an alert slider, which will reside on the left side of the phone. The volume rockers and the power button can be seen on the right side. The handset will offer a centred punch-hole display with minimal bezels, similar to its predecessor.

Last year’s OnePlus Ace 2V arrived as the OnePlus Nord 3 in India and other global markets. So, we can expect the upcoming Ace 3V to launch as the OnePlus Nord 5 in the global markets including India. The OnePlus Nord 4 will possibly be skipped as the number 4 is considered unlucky in China. It could launch late this month but nothing is concrete as of now. So, stay tuned for further updates.

In related news, the leaker has also suggested that the OnePlus 13 will be one of the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 phones. The chipset was recently confirmed by Qualcomm and will arrive in October this year.
