OPPO Find N3 Listed in IMEI Database; Hinting Launch Could be Near

The upcoming foldable smartphone from OPPO i.e. OPPO Find N3 has been spotted in the IMEI certification website ahead of launch.

OPPO recently teased its forthcoming foldable smartphone dubbed OPPO Find N3. OPPO will launch the product soon in China and selected global markets. OnePlus will launch its first foldable device, dubbed OnePlus Open, based on the upcoming Find N3 by the end of Q3 2023. A recent report revealed that OnePlus will use Samsung’s display instead of BOE owing to quality control issues.

We recently spotted the forthcoming Find N3 smartphone on the 3C certification website. The 3C certification revealed the fast-charging capability of the upcoming device. The upcoming smartphone was also spotted in Thailand’s NBTC certification, hinting that the device will launch in the global markets. Popular tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted the upcoming foldable device in the IMEI database.

OPPO Find N3 Tipped Specifications

The IMEI listing suggests that the launch of the smartphone is nearing. The IMEI listing reveals the model number CPH2499 which was confirmed through the NBTC certification. The NBTC certification confirmed the moniker of the upcoming foldable smartphone. The IMEI database listing and NBTC certification doesn’t reveal any other specifications of the upcoming device. The 3C certification of the device was listed with the model number PHN110. The listing revealed that the device would be equipped with either of the chargers with the model number VCB7CBCH, VCB7CACH, and VCBAUACH.

The first two chargers are rated with a power output of 5V/3A (15W) and 11V/6.1A (67W). However, OPPO is unlikely to be equipped with either of these chargers with the forthcoming device. OPPO will likely equip the device with a dual-port charger with the model number VCBAUACH. The charger will be equipped with a USB Type-C port and Type-A port with a rated power output of 11V/9.1A (100W) and 20V/5A (100W).

The listing also confirms the support for power delivery and USB-PD with a rated power output of 5V/3A (15W), 9V/3A (27W), 12V/3A (36W), 15V/3A (45W) and 20V/3.25A (65W). A previous leak has tipped that the upcoming device will have a large 8-inch OLED display. The display will be equipped with QHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The device is also tipped to feature a smaller display with a 6.5-inch OLED display.

The inner display of the smartphone is tipped to be equipped with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, the upcoming device will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The chipset is expected with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. OPPO will equip the smartphone with Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box. OPPO is tipped to equip the device with a triple-rear camera setup with a 50MP primary camera with OIS support.

The primary camera will be paired with a 48MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 32MP periscope lens. OPPO will equip the device with a 32MP selfie camera which will be placed inside the centred punch-hole in the display. The smartphone is tipped to be equipped with a 4800 mAh battery.
