OPPO is rumoured to launch the Find X6 series next month in China. The company is also expected to make its 2023 flagship smartphones available in select global markets later this year. The Find X6 series will include two phones. These are the OPPO Find X6 and Find X6 Pro 5G. Both premium smartphones will pack top-of-the-line hardware. Some details about the Find X6 series had leaked in the past. A new leak has now revealed the design of the vanilla OPPO Find X6 5G.
Live images of the upcoming Find X6 5G have been shared on Weibo by tipster Digital Chat Station. The live images (via) reveal the rear panel design of the phone, which is covered by a prototype case. While the live images do not reveal the rear panel’s design entirely, they do show how huge the camera island is on the back of the phone.
OPPO Find X6 Live Images
The OPPO Find X6 5G will be a premium smartphone launching later this year in a few markets with a new design on the back. As per the leaked live images, the phone has a huge squarish camera island on the back. The case that covers the camera module is nearly half the size of the rear panel. However, as per the leaked design renders, the camera module on the Find X6 will be round in shape.
Tipster Digital Chat Station, while sharing the leaked live images, also revealed that the phone will be 9.2mm thick. It will feature a Sony IMX890 sensor, which is also found in the OnePlus 11 5G and a few other OPPO smartphones, such as the Reno 9 Pro+ 5G. The camera setup will also feature a 50MP Sony 1/1.56 periscope camera sensor.
This is the second time where the alleged live images of the Find X6 have leaked online. Previously, the leaked live images revealed the front of the phone, which has a hole-punch cutout at the top centre of the display. The display is also curved towards the edges.
Some other details about the phone have leaked as well. The phone is said to feature a Dimensity 9200 SoC from MediaTek under the hood. It is likely to pack a 5000mAh battery and support 100W fast charging out of the box. The phone is also rumoured to support 50W wireless charging.
The camera setup is said to feature a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP periscope camera. OPPO will pack its MariSilicon X NPU and partner with Hasselblad for tuning the Find X6’s camera setup. For selfies, the phone will have a 32MP Sony IMX709 front camera sensor.

The device is also rumoured to sport a tall 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with a 2K resolution. It will continue to offer support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will weigh about 207 grams, as per leaked reports. It is also said to run Android 13 out of the box. The device will have a layer of OPPO’s ColorOS 13 on top of Android.
