OPPO has launched its latest flagship lineup in India today. The company has unveiled the OPPO Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 in the country along with the launch of the OPPO Pad Android tablet and OPPO Enco X2 true wireless buds. The OPPO Reno 8 series was initially launched in China back in May.
The company has launched two devices in India and has excluded the Reno 8 Pro+. However, the Reno 8 Pro+ has been launched as the Reno 8 Pro, which means there is no Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC phone for the Indian market. Both the Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 in India come with support for 80W fast charging, Dimensity processors, and Super AMOLED displays. Let’s take a look at the Reno 8 series in detail.

OPPO Reno 8 Pro, Reno 8: Price in India and Availability
The OPPO Reno 8 is priced at Rs 29,990 for the 8GB+128GB variant. On the other hand, the Reno 8 Pro will be available for Rs 44,990. The Reno 8 will be available from July 25th and the Reno 8 Pro will go on sale from July 19th.

OPPO Reno 8 Pro: Features and Specifications
The OPPO Reno8 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max SoC and it is paired with a MariSilicon X chip to offer an improved camera experience. The phone can shoot a 4K Ultra Night video, which is one of the many things that OPPO highlighted during the launch. The device comes with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS3.1 storage. The Reno8 Pro features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate.
In terms of camera, the phone sports a triple rear camera setup on the back with a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro snapper. For selfies, there is a 32MP Sony IMX709 snapper. The phone is backed by a 4,500mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging.
Other features include an under-display fingerprint scanner, unibody design, 7.34mm, 183-gram weight, ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and Type-C.

As for the cameras, there is a 50MP (IMX766)main camera, 8MP wide-angle camera, and 2MP macro sensor. It also comes with a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor on the front for selfies and a 4,500mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
