Coming to the front side, a 16MP sensor can be found on both the devices which is used for face unlock too. The front camera on the POCO M2 Pro has support for Night mode too which is missing on the Redmi Note 9 Pro.

Coming to the battery and charging, both these devices pack a 5020mAh battery with Type-C charging port, but the POCO M2 Pro features a faster 33W charging compared to the 18W on the Redmi Note 9 Pro. Out of the box, both these devices run Android 10 based MIUI 11. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on both these devices which is embedded in the power button, while the 3.5mm audio jack can be found at the bottom.
